Terms and Conditions

Our services

By placing an order with Marine Cuisine you signify acceptance of these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Marine Cuisine use a third party, Nochex, to process your credit/debit card payment. You are not required to open a Nochex account or sign-in to a Nochex site. Any details passed to Nochex are used solely to confirm and process your payment.

Marine Cuisine undertake to supply what you have ordered from us. From time to time it may be necessary to substitute other items where your original requested item is not available. We will always replace an item with one of similar value and quality. Where possible we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Marine Cuisine undertake to deliver your order to your boat in a Plymouth marina at a time agreed between us. At peak times this time may vary within half an hour of the agreed time.

All pre-prepared meals are delivered chilled or frozen with full cooking instructions. Marine Cuisine accept no liability for any injury or illness resulting from failure to store the food correctly or to follow the cooking instructions. Further advice on the safe storage of food can be found here.
